Durability vs Attack Potency

is it possible for a character to have a different attack potency and durability belonging to different tiers.If so what are the examples.

Yes, attack potency and durability don’t necessarily have to be equal, they don’t even have to be close to each other. My favorite example of a character with wildly differing Attack Potency and Durability would be this. It has 9-A AP with Tier 0 durability.
