Durability of internal organs

Okay, do we treat a character’s internal organs as having comparable durability to their body? I know they aren't as durable as bone, muscles, and skin, but would a 7-B be able to kill a 5-B by punching them in the lungs or striking their brain?

It depends on the characters' durability type. Some characters have durability via shields with their bodies being ordinary.

Other characters only have durability of specific body parts e.g. Luke Cage whose skin is super-durable and hard to pierce but his flesh and internal organs aren't. In fact in his own series, a point blank shotgun blast that failed to pierce his skin ended up causing internal damage.

Other characters just have an energy field e.g. Susan Storm and many other psychics who use psychic shields. They are just protectimg their bodies with the shield like wearing a suit of armor. The actual durability of their body doesn't change.

On the other hand we have characters like Superman or Thanos whose internal parts are just as durable. Maybe to a lesser extent but still in the same tier as the rest of their body.

For example with MCU Thanos, we know even those teleporting spatial circles from Strange and other wizards can't cut his skin from the directors' words. We also have a confirmation that Antman would squish himself into meatpaste if he tried the "Rectum strategy" if he tried going into Thanos' a**hole and expanding into Giant-man. Simply Thanos' internals are just as durable as his external parts.
