Duel of the Tigers - Shiva (The Walking Dead) vs Shere Khan (2016)

Voting Shere Khan on the basis of a stronger showing in his time on-screen.
Shere Khan has easily floored a bear 1v1, and killed an Alpha wolf of a pack, and easily beat off the rest of the pack. He also fought, and easily beat, a black panther, technically a very similar creature to a tiger. He was also struck by a herd of buffalos, a fate which would destroy most buildings, and was in reletive good condition afterwards. He is also very intelligent, almost like a human in a tiger's body.
Shiva, on the other hand, has only been shown matching up against humans and walkers. While she kills with reletive ease, she has a tougher time against rotting corpses than Shere has against a panther. She is also normal animal intelligence, inferior again. She is also merely a late juvenile, compared to the fully grown Shere Khan, and is less aquainted with actually fighting other tigers, or tiger-like beings.
