First impressions say that Seryu AP stomps but I'll look into this.
Not really Seryu just has 1,29x AP advantage, so it's not really stomp also Drive Knight in here has Knowledge about Seryu and Drive Knight should more skilled than Seryu

I believe Seryu wins this for two reasons

1. Hekatonkheires

In a bloodlusted state, absolutely nothing is stopping Seryu from summoning this, amp'ing it with Berserker and stunning Drive Night long enough for her to kill him with her several named techniques.

2. Seryu's named techniues

Justice volley fire covers enough of the city for it to not play a factor in determining the win because as soon as Drive Night tries to hide his advance through the buildings, she'll just nuke it with Justice volley fire. Yes, Drive Night has resistance to Heat (assuming that her weapons work like it's IRL equivalents) but he'll die to either the force of the explosions or the shrapnel. Equalized speed does not help Drive Night as he will never be able to get in to use his Sleep, Poison, or Acid manipulations. Yeah, he may use his Gold transformation for a boost, but Koro's Berserker should reasonably be at the level of Gold Transformation and if anything she'd bomb them both. Drive Night's Bishop got destroyed by a Large Town Level attack and with the amount of projectiles Seryu is putting out, she'll hit him.

But in the case that Drive Night does put her down, then it'll be Inconclusive as Final Number will kill Drive Night in it's explosion.

Drive Knight is actively amping his speed with most transformations. Furthermore, a lot of them have special abilities that can help him here:
-Chariot has missiles for a ranged attack, anesthetic gas, and what seems to be a custom-made type of acid.
-Flying Chariot has energy blasters that can shoot down projectiles.
-Gold can increase its temperature to flesh-cooking levels.

Furthermore, the box can be used as a weapon, throwing it in a saw blade form, or he can literally trap someone inside of it, where it will impale them with like 30 spikes.

anesthetic gas, and what seems to be a custom-made type of acid.
What is the effective distance of these two attacks?
Flying Chariot has energy blasters that can shoot down projectiles
It doesn't say that in the profile. In this Scan Flying Chariot seems to be more of a speed booster than "energy blasters that can shoot down projectiles"

Drive Night has also been hit by way less projectiles in his fight against Nyan. Where Nyan threw out a maximum of 5 slashes after the aforementioned Scan and Drive Night opts to block them (from what I'm assuming) Whether that is from a speed difference or because Drive Night was confident that he could tank it, I don't know.

Here's another Scan where Drive Night takes another attack from Nyan. I don't think Drive Night is overconfident, especially in here where he's Bloodlusted but I can see him falling back on his durability in the massive wave of projectiles Seryu will be spamming for as long as she can.

I guess either I got Bishop and Flying Chariot mixed up or the Wiki did. Whatever the jet is.

No one tried to argue for Drive Knight? My arguments were pretty bare-bones... (Meaning that I didn't tackle most of the possible argumentative points against Seryu)
