Dresden vs Sylar

In-Character, Dresden won't immediatly use his more potent abilities, whereas Sylar doesn't cut to the chase, and will immediatly shock or fling Dresden once he has his eyes on him. IDK if Sylar would actually try using Disintegration on Dresden seeing as he barely ever used the power after he got it, but if he does he has a surefire way to one-shot Dresden, whereas Harry has too many self-limiters to out hax Sylar.

Voting for Sylar, due to using more lethal abilities right off the bat.
