Dreamy Bowser Scaling...?

If Dreamy Bowser is multiversal, why don't mario and luigi scale off of him? Is this just another issue of PIS in terms of him losing? Or is it just a matter of "outlier"?

simply put.

scaling Mario/Luigi to dreamy bowser means

Mario/Luigi >>>>>> regular bowser

but regular Bowser regularly fights evenly with Mario and Luigi without special items

so then bowser rescales from Mario and Luigi

and that brings the issue of if bowser is already multiversal why have artifacts power him up

Yeah, it's an outlier/PIS. Then again you have 2-B Mario anyways with the Pure Hearts.

Outlier, this would scale to many characters who are clearly not Multiversal. Also wrong board.

Yeah I don't have anything to say that hasn't ready been said, Bowser got hit with a bad dose of PIS and as such this is a massive outlier for the bros.
