If a character has the ability to turn the results of a dream into reality what ability is this? So basically if I burned someone alive in their dream and I went into the real world and that person burned alive there as well, what does that qualify as?

Not always. Also most of these cases are usually handwaved as placebo effect which is mental.

Ya, I get that part, but if I burned someone charred in a dream and they die in the real world and their body is burned and charred, is that still a Placebo Effect?
