I think Nakanoin should be 3-A if he's as strong as Ootake

Normally I would agree but he lacks Taikyoku of his own and this make's him more or less the Badass normal of his home series even when he's being backed up by Hajun's power, thus he's stuck as a high 7A rather then anything higher.

How is Shirou gonna deal with DuraNegate?

Simple keep out of range of Nakanoin's sword (his DuraNegate is Soul Manipulation based in a similar way to Kiritsugu).

More or less this fight is going to be a massive game of "Cat and Mouse" where Shirou has to keep moveing to keep out of range of Nakanoin's attacks well countring Shishi-zō korō with Rule Breaker well counter attacking.

Trust me this fight is not going to be easy for either of them.

ok then just remember Nakanoin's speed can keep up with Shirou's Accel so their fairly even here when it comes to stats so it comes down to whos got the better strategies, tactics and dirty tricks.
