Is this a part of Inmersion or can be labelled as another ability?

I was going to mention this myself in the relatively near future, but I guess I can go ahead and confirm it now..

It has multiple instances of dream manipulation, including ones VS Ben Hanscom, Henry Bowers, and (IIRC) Richie Tozier. Won't spoil what exactly happens in those unless it's absolutely necessary, but, yeah.
