  • Some Resistance to whatever abilities that were rejected in the past due to being redundant which I don't understand since if a character is strong enough and has shown resistance to it then it should be added to their profile even if it is redundant. That how it works.
1. Resistance to Void Manipulation for Frieza. Vegeta has it why Frieza does not have it?

2. Resistance to Heat and Weather. Both SSJ Goku and 100% Final Form Frieza should get this because in the final moments of Namek, the planets temperature increased and the weather was out of control. Also, check Weather Manipulation page because in the Possible Uses it has listed Resistance to Weather. Manga: Here , Here and Here | Anime Adaptation: Here

  • Other abilities that users overlook:
1. Resistance to Illusions for DBS Goku and Master Roshi (Able to see-through Illusions) For Goku when he went to get that special grass in forest of illusions for Roshi in DBS Episode 75 and on 71 to 72 when he fought Hit the second time. For Master Roshi when he fought U4 Dercori in DBS Episode 105 Here

2. Resistance to Electricity for KId Goku (Not as an Ozaru) Here

3. Resistance to Telekinesis for Nappa Here . Note: Chiaotzu used it against Kid Goku at the 22nd Budokai and had a affect on him eventhough Kid Goku was stronger than Tien. Nappa being stronger Chiaotzu his telekinesis did no affect on him.

4. All Saiyans that cannot control the Great Ape transformation must have included Berserk Mode

5. Limited Body Control for Saiyans with Tails. Goku or other Saiyans can used their tails to attack their opponents. Notably Goku is very advance with it and can used it like this: Here , Here , Here . Raditz can do this: Here

How do you have resistance to Illusions? I feel like that is just a demonstration of Roshi and Goku's intuition and combat prowess more than anything.

Well at first I thought the same until I saw this:

Yukari Yakumo has Resistance to Illusions (Can see through Reimu's illusions)

Huh, I was like interesting if it is dragon ball then it gets iffy.

Which is what resistance are!

Saitama has resistance to telekinesis

again, if it is Dragon Ball people just get skeptical and call it "greater power" or "combat prowess"

Telekinesis in Dragonball doesn't really work on someone stronger than you, except for characters whose hax aren't based on Ki, such as hearst from Dragon Ball Heroes, and if you want a canon example, Zamasu from the DBS manga.

All Hax are base on Ki or God Ki if you disagree then tell me what energy they used?

That is why they can get it to be stronger just like Hit's Time Stop

I have to agree 'tHeY usEd ThEIr POweRs' was never considered as a valid reason to discard a resistance, it's not because a guy resist time stop through raw strenght that it doesn't count as him resisting it.

Magic, such is the case for Babidi, Buu, Zamasu, Moro, etcetera.

They were resisted anyway so it being magic doesn't really change anything.

First makes sense.

Second one is very iffy if not an outright no. The only thing about the weather that affects both is just some strong wind that wouldn't do anything anyway as strong as they are by that point. And I don't remember them being that close to the Magma to justify heat resistance.

Neutral about the third one.

Fourth is... Where's the resistance? Goku is clearly affected.

All Nappa had to do to overpower it was have a bigger lifting strength. Not to mention, I... really don't think the difference between Goku and Chiatozu was as big as Nappa and Chiatozu. His suicide move did literally nothing.

Berserk mode makes sense.

Limited. Body control as well.

"Magma to justify heat resistance." Remember that scene when Goku got his butt dunked in Lava and only said "Ow"?

The heat resistance would come from battling in Namek "because it got hot".

Like I said, I don't remember any instance of them getting that close ti the lava. If it happened, link it up.

That is better. Next would be checking if that actually happened in the manga.

If it didn't, this resistance would only apply to Toei Goku. If it did, it should apply to both.

Toei Goku has resistance to heat because he is uneffected by taking very hot baths.

In dragon ball it works that resistance's are negated by sheer strength and its likely that others stronger can do the same, the only time that was not the case was Guldo Timestop. For Vegeta it was from Toppo energy of destruction, but it happened that both Frieza and Goku took Sidra's. I don't think resistance to weather should be a thing, not sure about the illusion stuff but the rest is ok.

There example of other hax that really disregard strength though. Like the candy beam, carrot stuff, petrification, etc. It is, certainly, not a wide spread thing for everything.

Anyway, is there anything else that may serve canon Goku as justification for heat resistance?

in his fight with broly, gogeta swam in lava, the skill must have come from one of his fusion materials (LOL YUGIOH)

Actually there is something for heat resistance. Although not sure if it will get accepted.

Here , Next , Last

Also, Kid Goku should get Limited Resistance to Extreme Cold. Here Here and Here

Lastly, All Goku, Gohan, and Korin should get Summoning via Nimbus Cloud.

I agree with all of the points here except for the weather resistance for reasons stated above.

And regarding the Heat resistance argument, in the Broly movie, Goku and Broly did fight underground near magma, albeit briefly. I'm checking the manga chapters right now and there is no part where Goku came into contact with lava.

I think that Ultra instinct in general should have high resistence if not immunity to illusions (Roshi is a skilled fighter he is something else)

as far as i know, having a AOE ability doesn't give you resistance to it without proof, like you don't resist time stopping just because you can stop it.
