Beerus knows U.I., Goku Black and Zamasu's personalities,MZ is MUCH weaker than Vegito, GoDs do the exhibition match instead of team u7 vs u9,17 and Gohan are not Blue level.

In the manga he usss it during the exhibition match, but he hasn't mastered it yet.

In terms of Power Scale?
- Goku doesn't fully absorbs his God Ki into base, so Base and Golden SSJ forms are at least Solar System level, but he uses SSJG frequently which performed the same Universal feat as the Anime counterpart
- SSJB uses A LOT more stamina compared to the Anime version. If overused, it brings the user down to 1/10th of the original power of SSJB.
- Goku don't use SSJBKk, but he and Vegeta have a form that focusest all the excess ki from SSJB into the user's Body, giving them a massive increase in Power and negates the 1/10th drawback, but it drains the user's Stamina way quickier than SSJB.
- Goku knows Hakai (OMFG GOKU USING HAX!!!!??????), but isn't very good at using it since he just basically copied what Beerus did with Present Zamasu.
- Toppo uses God Ki in his base form (we don't know if GoD Candidate Toppo will happen).
- Since Goku's base and Golden SSJ forms aren't Universal, people like the U6 fighters sans Hit aren't Universal too.
- Goku and Frieza haven't shown resistance to Existance Erasure yet
- Infinite Zamasu doesn't become one with the Universe, instead he starts duplicating his main body exponentially, and all of them likely have the same, if not at least comparable to the original power of Fusion Zamasu. He also doesn't need the Potara to stay fused in this form, so he doesn't have to worry about the 1 hour limit for non-official Supreme Kaioshin. Fusion Zamasu also doesn't go corrupt.
- Vegeto can kick Fusion Zamasu's ass just in his base form. Vegeto also might be more powerful than Beerus, but Shin's statement is kinda iffy since he never felt Beerus' full power at that point.
- Beerus has a limited form of Ultra Instinct. He also seems to be considerably more powerful than at least all the other GoD sans Quitela and possibly Belmod.
That's everything I can remember so far.

SSG Goku and Casual Beerus initially shaked the universe, we don't know how much it was destroyed in the fight. There is this in the Champa vs Beerus fight. Merged Zamasu [Who MSSB Vegeta destroyed with Gamma Final Flash, then lost to Beerus] said he can destroy a galaxy.

Hit wouldn't be Unversal level actually, in fact Beerus stated that Hit was weaker then SSJ Goku .
Hit can raise his power for a single minute and only one minute to match SSG Goku but SSB Goku destroys him.
Also while he's even with SSG Goku he can only use Time Skip one time. So he's only Universal for one minute and he can't spam his Time Skip anymore.
Infinite Zamasu in the manga is also far weaker then the Anime IZ and Fusion Zamasu is weaker as well though he has more moves.
Manga Fusion Zamasu is weaker then SSB Goku while anime Zamasu can fight SSB Vegito evenly. (In fact Zamasu took Vegito's strongest attack without a scratch)
Black's base is weaker then in the anime. Also Black doesn't get stronger with pain but he got one zenkai from when Zamasu came a healed him (Zamasu can heal too)
Manga Fusion Zamasu's Regen is FAR better then Anime Fusion Zamasu.
