We dont even have a multiplicator for God Forms

So no, Kaioken can be for a Trillion, Regular Base and SSJ... Well, even if hit was casual, Goku needs tobe at least 3-C in base to damage him

I think Hit has both Tokitobashi and Toki wo Tomare.

He used Tokitobashi while fighting both SSB Vegeta and Base Goku, because you wouldn't be able to attack someone while time is stopped, but if he skips time then you can attack him if you perform your actions before the technique is activated.

If you launch a punch and someone stops time, your fist stops. If you launch a punch and someone skips time, your fist will still travel with the time flow.

That's why Base Goku managed to hit Hit, but in the NEP it seems that it was straight up Toki wo Tomare because SSB Goku was not moving at all.
