Lol suppressed jiren is stronger than SSJ3 cumber. Either jiren got like 1,000x stronger in a short period of time, which would make him that many times stronger than beerus, or cumber was never stronger than jiren to begin with.

Full Power Jiren should be close to MUI. They sticked to that idea
