Basically translated the following:

• Broly is the strongest enemy Goku fought before the movie. Keyword: Enemy. Jiren is considered to be a enemy in most case scenarios during the T.O.P , especially considering if they were defeated their universe was to be erased.
• While a question mark, it does say more destructive power than a G.O.D . Remember Jiren was stated to be a " Power that is beyond a G.O.D " question mark prior to his offically debut as well.

They are heavily hinting at him surpassing Limit Breaker Jiren. However, we don't know if this is referring to Full Power or something else .

If you read the full thing and roughly translate it, it says he's stonger than the gods and jiren, Herms didn't translate the entire thing. And it also said you shouldn't count on Goku to defeat him
