I don't think that is the case since Universe 6 is really shown to have completely similar characterts the other universes are all different from 7 he could've just destroyed 3 on each side of the multiverse

I checked the pairings myself, and universe 7 and 12 were the original twin.
 
It's confimed Time rings can go when ever the user wants.

Zamasu and his master Gawasu go to the future, 1000 years in the future to be exact

Yea they go a 1000 years in the future, but wasn't it already said that the time rings can go to the future and then back to the present but not the past so i wouldn't say they can go where ever they want.

Where was what confirmed? that the time rings would be used to go 1000 years in the future? that was confirmed with the preview for episode 54 it's on herms twitter and kanzenshuu and dbz.com i think. If you meant that the time rings can't go in the past whis already explained that when he was talking about the time ring it's the reason why black can't come back to the past his time ring can go to the future and back to the present but it can only follow disturbances to the past like what trunks created when he used the time machine.

Here is the summary of episode 54 taken from herms

"With his son worried about his lack of power, vegeta...?

Tunks is shocked at the huge gap in power between him and goku. As he irresponsibly acts as if they don't need him around, his father vegeta is outrage?!

This week zamasu and gowasu using time rings!

In order to observe what happens to the inhabitants of planet babari, the two of them use time rings to warp a thousand years into the future!

What do they see in the future?!"
 
Huh where is this from if it's legit that means the pilaf gang used the dragon balls and became kids in the cell saga.
 
Ok so it's legit, its from special chapters released this year just like that chapter about how king kai got his planet back after the cell saga.
 
I could really go for some more Android 18 and krillin. Krillin was my favorite in Z and i would love to see more active female characters.
 
I really liked Trunks' reaction when he saw android 18.

About Hax, we learnt more about time rings.

There is also that extremely impressive speed feat from Whis who crossed 3 whole universes in a short period of time (some hours most likely). No large amount of time (like 24 hours or more) was mentionned. Also, it's not really a proof but I think Goku didn't complain he was hungry during this travel (I'll need to wait for subs to be sure of that). We should try to use the sky: I think they left the earth when it was still the afternoon (not sure of that, I'm too lazy to check), and they most likely arrived when night happened (Scenes with Krillin and Trunks, and pilaf's group occured during night).
