ALso should angels have layered time manip? It worked on Vegeta who was on SSB and Goku resists Hit's timeskip via being SSB

Time stop and time reversal isn't the same thing. Same for their resistance.

You're still wrong on that, but you won't listen to me so maybe someone else can explain it to you. Also no, whis would not have layered time manipulation. He reverses time, hit is an entirely different ballpark in terms of abilities and the function of them.

No, that's wrong. You're saying baseline resistances are layers. They are not. They would receive enhanced extrasensory perception.
