Dragon Ball Heroes outdated speed rule.

From the rules page:

"Do not attempt to upgrade the speeds of Dragon Ball Heroes and Dragon Ball Xenoverse characters to infinite or immeasurable. It has been established in our Speed standards that timeless voids are inapplicable for evaluating speed levels, and the cast has consistently been affected by natural flows of time, so they at best have Time Travel or Time Manipulation."

Heroes characters have immeasurable speed accepted from this thread. So this should be either removed or have a re-write (Afaik Xenoverse still has MFTL+ speed)

To be honest, it should be remove altogether, because the reason that Immeasurable speed can't be affected by natural flow of time is bad, almost every fictional character can be affected by natural flow of time, Immeasurable speed is not exception, since every character still being bound by something called plot duration

The rule as a whole should be removed unless people are trying to buff Xenoverse characters for faulty reasons which isn't something consistently done from what I recall so since Heroes characters are already rated higher I don't see an issue with removing the rule entirely.
