I don't think Omnipresent characters inherently have great reaction speed so I'm not sure that could be used.

For SDBH, card abilities are accepted as canonical hax right? How is that handled exactly? For example, if I wanted to do a SDBH Frieza profile would I be able to use all of his cards for his abilities?

DBH is a card game, so obviously card things can be used. Like, DBH is a card game first and a manga/anime second. So obviously it's canonical.

You have to see which frieza it is. Whether it's from the super, GT or Xeno timeline.
But for example, Frieza Xeno, you could use all of his cards.
It will only be difficult for P&A, but you can put things in a general way like "stat amplification (there are cards that increase their own damage)" and so on.
Some put scans, others don't.
So I'm planning to put a list of abilities derived from the cards (which exist in World Mission, that is, until Universe Mission mission 2) in the notable techniques part.
Like this sandbox here.

I see, thank you for the resource. I might do my own for Frieza. For Frieza it's a little complex because 'Xeno Frieza' seems to be from Namek whereas there is the DBS Frieza who appears in SDBH with Cooler and is referred to as "Golden Frieza: Xeno" after getting a Dark Dragon Ball amp.
I'm going to just assume I should ignore Xeno Frieza because that's from an alternate version of Namek. I'll focus on cards involving DBS Frieza for now.

I think one of the only games I beat was Dragon Ball budokai tenkaichi 3. When I had the PS2 and was around 10 - 15 years old, I don't remember, but I was a child who, because I was a child, couldn't beat anything. Only after I finished a few games.
Anyway, I completed the entire story and the films of Budokai Tenkaichi 3, and my favorite character to play was Gohan from the future.

I've already beaten all Dragon Ball budokai tenkaichi, I've played several DB games and I even beat Dragon Ball Budokai 3, it's not a Tenkaichi version of life, but it's my first game that I played and so I liked it more ( Dragon Ball Z: Infinite Worl ) I played all Dragon Ball games on PS2
Here in Brazil it was very difficult to buy an original game, my PS2 cost R$800 and I had to cry to my mother to buy it, in normal terms (my games were all pirated which I tried at the fair), three for ten, lol
That was a long time ago, when she arrived with this PS2 I cried with joy, A while passed and a thief came to my house and stole it, luckily got everything back from us and the thief got what he deserved ( not being arrested ), but paying for everything and so on, as well as other things.

When I was a kid I was oddly fond of playing as Yajirobe. I also recall playing Budokai 3 and liking Gotenks a lot and finding Majin Buu weird.

I suppose now's as good a time as any to publicly announce that I am currently working on full lists of card abilities for all characters (besides probably the Gokus and Vegetas, due to the sheer amount of cards they possess) who have, or may in future have, profiles on the wiki. These lists will cover all cards up to the present, and will also include any boss abilities I can get information on.
So far I have completed lists for Agios, Dark Shenron, Fin, Kamioren, Lagss, Majin Ozotto and Mechikabura, and I have more characters in the works. I have also provided a glossary which should hopefully alleviate some confusion.

Ah, that's Golden Metal Cooler (Dark Dragon Ball). Different than normal Golden Metal Cooler due to Dark Ki corrupt and controlled Cooler to the point he hecame animalistic and doesn't think.
Basically, when Cooler get corrupted by Dark Ki, he become 'No Thought, Head Empty.'

Yeah, I'm thinking the mental state should essentially make you unreadable. At least to mind readers like Hearts. If so, that's a pretty good resistance/immunity for Cooler and should extend to other Dark DB absorbed characters like Freeza.

Should be. Anyone that was embedded with Dark Dragon Ball like Xeno Frieza, Xeno Slug, Xeno Turles, Xeno Cell (plus Cell X), Xeno Buu, Xeno Janemba, and Xeno Z Broly or character that was corrupted by Dark Ki like CC SSJ Goku, CC SSJ Vegeta, CC SSB Goku, and CC SSB Vegeta.
Those characters should've Animalistic in Intelligence and have Unconventional Immunity to Mind Reading.

Problem with that is that in the game (and spin-offs like World Mission), almost all of those people retain their intelligence while corrupted.

You could argue some like Kid Buu doesn't get affected because the pinkman already insane along. But others should've animalistic since it's directly shown in the manga that's the case.

I haven't read World Mission stuff but I do read all of main Super Dragon Ball Heroes manga and most if not all people that get corrupted by Dark Ki went apeshit.

Maybe because it was controlled by us that they don't turned animalistic. But, in page like this.
It shown Dark Dragon Ball Masked Super Saiyan 4 Broly can't be mind hax even by Demon Goddess Towa and Xeno Paragus mind controlled device that was enhanced with Dark Ki.

That's a feat for Broly certainly, but game Dark Broly does that as well and he still has his mind at that point.
