I think the point is that Moro seems to be traveling around the Namek atmosphere here

And when he stood on the rock, it was already in outer space

I honestly don't want to derail the thread. But, I caught a glimpse of Whis saying the reason why he was normal when he was at the poles, he said because outer space is colder than that? Maybe work for a character who can travel in space?
