• Mozu (Overwhelmed Kohaku in combat thus he should be comparable to her speed)

There isn't much I can say about this without knowing anything about why there is a recalculation and why this recalculation is supposed to be better than the previous calculation.

Because in old calc The distance between Tsukasa and the arrow is not correct. The distance 0.18m in old calc is the distance from point of view To Tsukasa, not the distance between Tsukasa and the arrow.
and the resulting value is unlikely if Tsukasa is far from screen only 18 Centimeters, the arrow is only 10-15 centimeters long, which is impossible, the arrow I have measured is 31 centimeters long.

And Tsukasa's arm length in old calc wasn't right. This makes the distance move incorrectly

I guess that trying to get the distance between the arrow and Tsukasa instead of the point of view and Tsukasa makes sense. 10-15 centimeters would be around the length of a ruler which does seem small for an arrow. The new calculation seems fine for replacing the old one based on that.
