The cited example of pushing away a Kryptonite moon is from a scene in Batman Beyond Unlimited, not the New 52 version of the character. His maximum demonstrated capabilities (stopping Brainiac's larger-than-Earth ship from crashing into Earth with the help of the Martian Manhunter, a feat taking all their power; lifting the equivalent of Earth for 5 days without being in the sun), while certainly within the 5-A range, don't seem to feasibly extend past it given the evidence at hand.

In retrospect my phrasing was kind of unclear: while he's clearly 5-A, the struggle he shows in performing his biggest feat to date suggests that 4-C is well above his level of power, meaning he caps out at "5-A" or "High 5-A", rather than "At least 5-A".
