How does Dora's toonforce work, and if she has them, how do her artifacts work? If they don't do anything that could be used offensively, Frisk is smarter.

To be fair this would probably end with them having some enchiladas and some ketchup at Grillby's or something.

That reminds me how come Dora doesnt have the Mermaid Crown and Snow Bracelet as a part of her weapons? IIRC she kept them at the end of each special and should be able to use them.
