Well Anos wouldn't even die, but even if he does for some reason Anos's immortality is even higher than Rimuru's so

-So simple, He simply far superior in AP,dura and speed. Rimuru can't even stand the first shot LOL.

-Rimuru will not die and will keep coming, but Doom Slayer will always one-shot him. (If you're dominating your opponent for about 24 hours but can't kill them, it's a wincon for the superior side.)
