Doomguy fights the spirit of Justice (GRACE)

Penance Stare may get DG since he murdered his superior officer before the events of Doom, but if it doesn't, GR's hellfire attacks the soul directly and his Regenerationn is ridiculous, so I think GR will take this.
 
Looking over Doomguy's profile, it's stated that he resists Soul Manipulation since he can't be possessed by Lost Souls and can tank their explosions without energy shields. It doesn't state that he could survive his soul being destroyed by his previous sins. Sure, that's me getting really nitty-gritty, but the PS is such an odd power that sometimes it comes down to the little details
 
Ok so you know it has to destroy the soul in order to possess the body yeah? Meaning it replaces the soul. By it's own ability it needs to destroy the possible host's soul for it to work at all.

So yes Doom Slayer resists and I'm still not even sure he falls into the the power's grasp. We don't know Doom Slayer's full story, everyone assumes it's Doomguy from Doom 64 but there no 100% confirmation of that. Even if he was the same he killed 1 person in order to stop the murder of innocents (this would include stopping the other troops from killing the innocents because their officer is dead) and the rest of his life is killing demons.

Hellfire is of a similar boat, resists soul destruction.
