How radioactive is this Godzilla and how bad was the waste Doom Slayer was exposed to? What's the AP for the latter? This tells me it's 6 times lower, but I might have found the wrong one

So Doomguy scales above 5.8 kilotons while Godzilla scales above just under 40.

The titan is that strong via moving and Doomguy killed him with his bare hands

The mere transformations of Destoroyah show no ill-effects on Godzilla even after being injured numerous times by Mothra and Destoroyah's actual attacks.

So both are casually above these feats and Godzilla's virtually powerful enough to end it in one or two hits.

What is all this 5.8 kilotons nonsense, that's not even 7C. He scales to 25 kilotons from his 30000 megawatt tanking feat.

That's for his durability to be fair. In terms of AP he's just vaguely above 5.8. He can take 25.8, sure, but not only does Godzilla also scale MASSIVELY above that ~40 kiloton feat (I mean a dying Mothra Godzilla nearly murdered tanked it) but he might even scale to a higher version of it. Godzilla's gonna win the numbers game.
