Honestly watching the film I didn't get the vibe that Godzilla was all that smart. I mean not attacking someone who isn't attacking you isn't a human level feat, all sorts of random animals do that. I don't think intelligence will be a big factor here, anyway.

He's definitely not Animalistic considering his deduction abilities though considering he somehow put two and two together when it came to the nuke, but I'll count your vote anyways.
