Assuming this is DoomGuy with The BFG and Berserk and not Doom Slayer because if it is The Doom Slayer he just yeets him with his fists and calls it a day.

DoomGuy has a literal plasma gun that melts it victims which exploits the Demogorgon's weakness and since it isn't really very smart, it's not gonna realize it should lead by trying to kill the man in space marine armor with Telekinesis. The worst part is the The BFG doesn't even need to hit it just needs to passby the damn thing...

This is VERY close to being a stomp but with the chance of DoomGuy going Berserk and wanting to punch the thing, The Demogorgon might just BFR him via portal once it realizes how bad of a threat he is by sheer instinct.

I think DoomGuy takes this way more often than not and the Demogorgon having a very slim chance of success.
