While this seems a bit unnecesarry, since she can continue to live after losing her... Well, existance, shouldn't she have at least type 2 Immortality or something?

2: Resilient Immortality: Characters with this degree of immortality can survive injuries that would otherwise be lethal to a normal person, without needing to heal from it.

Also I don't know if she could get another one, since I'm not very knowledgeble about Nonexistent Physiology and which one of its types can give you a type immortality.

What i wanted to ask is that since Monika can survive in a state of nonexistence without regenerating, should't that qualify for a Type 2 Immortality at the very least?

Regarding Type 5, I don't know what type of Nonexistent Physiology is required for having it, neither what type of it Monika has.
