I've never heard of that before so I can't comment on that but what does that half to do with the Almighty? It isn't targeting their reiatsu so I don't see how that stops it.

Yhwach took a grand rey cero getsuga and it did not poison him one bit , he crushed and shruged of that shit easy peasy . Yhwach then absorbed all of the quincy and hollow powers of ichigo and still wasn't poisonned.

Not every quincy will be helpless against poison from hollow. Liltotto can eat Arrancar and gain her powers without problems and Yhwach will be an exception too since he absorb hollow zangetsu, and just because hollow are poisonous to quincy doesn't mean their ability wont work on them. Askin Deathdealing still work on grimmjow, he one shot grimmjow and he only survive thanks to Urahara and Quilge one shoting ayon with Sklaverei.
