Does Void Manipulation grant Interaction?

I was planning some conspiracies when this question popped into my mind, so I want to get opinions on it.

Some character has a Void Manipulation ability (NEP Nature X, for instance)

Would this character be assumed to be able to interact with NEP Nature Type X beings with their attacks?
Since they have already proven that they have the ability to, in some way, affect Voids of that Nature

I guess that depends on Void Manipulation effect,

You can just snap character to nothingness without interacting with void. Thats obv EE and dt it would be interaction

But ig manipulating void or turning nonexistence to existence should be NPI interaction effect of Void Manipulation too

I see manipulations as interactions so ya you should be able to.

Yeah, but it may be limited interaction via Void Manipulation, if it's just power over the Void, and not some other power interacting with the Void.
