If it took someone an unknown timeframe or year to create a Dimension with a star, would they still get star level?.

Does time effect Creation feats?

You can create a building given enough time, that won't give you Building Level. So creating dimension with a star in an unknown timeframe shouldn't give you Star Level.

Ok but if a character created a dimension but the timeframe was never stated, do we assume it was instant?.

If it's just stated that it was created by a character with nothing implying that it was a long process, I guess rating him star level would be okay.
