So the thing is, that these universes are created in realms which lack space-time. By characters who travel accross the higher realm and create universes within such it. So they don't exist bound by space-time

You should ask @Oblivion_Of_The_Endless since he made a CRT about them not too long ago, he seems knowledgeable about the verse.

Alternatively, you could check the cosmology on all fiction directly.

I'm not familiar with the verse, but I suppose if they are eternal being themselves, it may work? I'm unsure. At least, it wouldn't be the same Multiverse type 4 Tegmark talked about in his book.
