i don't think these characters in the verse should have dimensional travel. so that's not a good idea.

Depends on the context, if said feat is considered as flying through space-time and it allows you to time travel and stuff, you can get "immensurable via travelling through time and/or space" like pre crisis superman.
If not, just dimensional travel and maybe a unknown rating.
The MFTL+ part would only mention him crossing the universe, not travlling to other's.

Can you give an exact quote of how the Character question performs said Universal travel? Because, as the post above me states, it's entirely based on the context of the feat if it gives any speed feat at all.
