I don’t think this at all affects the technique. Or at least not in anyway that makes it get higher results.
I mean as a downgrade, since it isn't the attack itself that does the destruction. It is simply pushing the magma out.

No, because the Ki is causing the energy that causes said magma to swell and explode. So the energy still applys to the ki.

Pushing the magma out of a planet isn't going to cause it to blow up or overcome the gbe.

Even then there would be no downgrade, kid buu has a lot of scaling well beyond planet level and goku straight up said in the manga that this attack could destroy the earth 10x over.

So Large planet level

Well goku was just doing a estimation himself, the fact they couldn't stop it means it was solar system level.

And the difference between planet and large planet level is 45x so no, it would still be planet level if we only take goku's statement, but the point is, the magma spewing out and exploding is just a effect mentioned by the ball pushing against the planet and damaging everything before it detonates

Daizenshuu strikes again. We've had this "core-buster Freeza" debate many times in the past. This isn't 2011 anymore.

It's the power of the energy ball that causes a huge explosion resulting in the planet's destruction. You wouldn't get that result if you only destabilize the magma/core of the Earth or whatever. So it doesn't change anything.
