First of all, this is not reaction speed, but only perception speed.

2 hours = 7200 seconds
(If we consider that an regular human's perception speed is the speed that can perceive with eye)
Regular Humans Perception Speed: 34.3 m/s.
X Character's Perception Speed:
34.3 x 7200 = 246,960
246,960 m/s = Massively Hypersonic
