Does this count has speed scaling?

Okay, this is a little strange.

But when a character dies, their energy is scattered across the entire planet Earth in a matter of seconds, now before that, they got their energy all their energy stolen and turned them into a Monster, then another character gave them enough energy to back to their original form.
After that, it is explained that in order to be converted back to their normal form, they have to be hit with the same amount of energy that was stolen from them.
Could this count has a speed scaling if the verse has a UES?

How fast the energy dissipates and spreads out is not given a relation to anything under a UES, it's its own thing

No one would be able to scale to the speed of the energy itself
that energy is no different from any other way of using the energy in the verse, it is no different from just using it to attack or defend yourself.

Speed scaling just doesn't work with UES, here's an admin talking about it, you could also look at the page again.

If the verse itself acknowledges the UES system correlating with the speed as it does with power, then characters with similar stores of (let's use ki) ki would have similar speeds, but if the ki is dispersed it depends on what makes it disperse (& other stuff, most of the time it has no relation with anything), the dispersion has no relation to the UES system, it could be as slow as a snail or as fast as a bullet and it would not indicate anything since it is not a physical statistic.

normally when you die in this verse, your energy disperses and goes back to the world itself, since the energy exists everywhere and in everyone.
