Alright that's the part that indicates that they can travel around the world 7 times and a half in one second(this is travel speed!). Now where's the part that has anything to do with their combat speed?

They are trying to tell you that travel speed of saint seiya's characters is excactly the same with the combat speed. The quadrillions times the speed of light feat is when they crossed the Elysium, which is a lovely hyper dimension filled with countless number of galaxies.
