Does NEP Type 2 inherently grant any type of Nonduality?

Title, basically.

And as a bonus, would it be an anti-feat of Type 2 Nonduality if other characters have feats of interacting with them? Or does that just mean said characters can interact with characters who have Type 2 Nonduality?

Technically it does, since one is neither existent nor non-existent on a baseline level, though no one really lists that considering it's a part of the NEP Type 2.

Nonduality as it currently stands only has feats depending on what the verse states it can do. If your verse just mentions a being is non-dual, but doesn't expand on what that means for them as a character, then it doesn't really do anything but look nice on a profile. This means if your verse want's to treat nondual entities as interactable that's fine, other verses may be different.
