Does interacting with ghosts allow you to interact with energy?

I’m doing a character vs character debate outside the wiki and I need help for clarification. Would interaction with ghosts allow you to interact with those in a pure energy state? I feel as if ghost interaction is > energy interaction but idk if I’m being dumb or not.

No, there is not correlation between energy and fictional ghost physiology, unless a verse in question specifically traits their ghost as being made out of some sort of energy.
