Does chibaku tensei scale to the physicality of the user

That is weird. To my knowledge it's used for physicality for both the sage of six paths and Naruto and Sasuke

Didn't Nagato's Chibaku Tenshi during the Konaha Invasion take a large amount of chakra and left him weakened?. I don't remember the it really well but Naruto and Sasuke didn't seem to waste any massive power with thier Chibaku Tensei.

I never said he wasn't, I'm pretty sure it made him even more fatigued. Also considering an Almighty Push that destroyed the Leaf Village was taxing, I'm pretty sure the Chibaku Tenshi was also taxing.

Isn't Nagato specifically not able to use the rinnegan abilities well because it's not his original eye, though?

I don't remember that being stated (though my memory is garbage so...). He seemed capable of using the abilities fine at least visually.

Well I mean, it's a pretty common thing that a transplant isn't as powerful as it's original and is draining on said transplant. Ao and Kakashi are perfect examples.
