Homing only mean the attack tracks the target doesn’t imply any speed.

Homing attacks mostly save the trouble of aiming and may feint the defender a couple of times, but they are still avoidable by conventional means

Can characters possessing infinite or immeasurable speed dodge a homing attack?

• There are cases of characters surviving the homing attack using their wits. If they had enough intelligence, range, mobility, and speed on depending whatever the attack is, they could cause the homing attack to crash itself against anything else.
• Abilities can redirect or reverse Homing attacks. Characters without those Hax could redirect the user’s attacks to follow them back to the user if the character has enough intelligence, range, mobility, and speed.

Those speed can do it but lesser speeds can do it aswell

Yes, but they're entirely overkill. Not even getting into extra abilities, any character of finite speed can feasibly dodge a homing attack as long as they have comparable reaction speed and possess the combat IQ to juke one

You don't need either infinite or immeasurable speed to dodge a homing attack. You could just seek cover or reflect it back and that'd be it.
