Doctor Who Acausality upgrade

On the Time Lords page, it says the time lords ascension would cause them to become beyond causality

However, canonically the gods of the verse like the guardians are >>>>>> anything the time lords can do.

So should the doctor who god tiers have Type 5 Acausality instead of type 4?

I feel like this too much of a vague descriptor to give them Type 5 Acausality, especially if they never displayed any feats supporting that, as far as I know.
