Doctor Strange's key

So, I looked at Doctor Strange's (Modern) profile and it seems that his first and second key have the exact same tier, AP, speed, etc. So I propose that his second key be removed unless there's some evidence that differenciates his first key and his second key.

It is very different, his second key scales to World War Hulk who is in the Megafoe while his first key is only in the kilofoe
