On the top corner of the second it States that both him and Mordo raced through space and time.

The scan was to add additional information that he his unbound by time and space.

I mean, it still says that it took Strange seconds to reach the ocean, so that would be a direct anti-feat to immeasurable speed. It doesn’t ever say that he can instantly appear anywhere.

I already compiled in another thread how being in Astral form does this but it just means that they go faster than normal, I said I was busy and that somone else should add it and nobody did anything. I can't find the thread now.

Well, no, it's just the ability to time travel, and some extra speed. On the feats I had compiled it even took them some time to reach from point A to B, and if I look a bit into it I can find cases where they don't "[something something] time and space!" and yet they're said to have taken time to move into places.

have a higher speed rating for guys like doc strange and loki for their astral forms
