Do freezing feats count as AP?

I don't feel like they should but I feel like there should be a reason. I mean the only true Overwatch feat comes from a freezing feat despite creating a wall by itself isn't truely an attack. Is there like a specifiac ammount of durability needed to feel cold?

No, even the 10-C characters can feel cold.

There was other feats since before the Doomfist feats they were quickly reupgraded to High 8-C from their previous 9-B tier.

Freezing feats are a thing, 418 J/cm for freezing water for example.

But can that really count as an attack for Mei's case. I mean it's a wall.

The ice comes from somewhere, probably freezing the air itself. In which case yeah it can be calced, like within a minute no less.

But she doesn't actually use the wall for offence. She basiacly shoots icicles at people as an attack.

So? It still required energy to make the wall. It can probably be applied to her ultimate.

Necro but freezing counted as ap for awhile now. Even before the op made this question thread .
