Do comedic segments count as a feat?

I'm watching One Piece and I noticed a pretty good feat for Sanji when he survived an explosion to the face and had no injuries, but it was for the sake of comedy, just to make a joke. I'm wondering if comedic segments like these count as feats, since I don't think he'll be able to tank that kind of explosion without injuries if it was in a serious setting
 
As long as their are no anti feats I guess they can but not sure
