The only thing in question for me is this. Do we know if that's truly the case? Like, any random demon can perma-kill other demons? Since well, it's kinda just being assumed here.

Kill or perma kill? Survival of the fittest and all, stronger demons kill weaker demons all the time. That's how the ecosystem is contructed. Weaker demons are cannibalised for power. There are many such instances in game and novels.

immeasurable speed standards are ehhhh. Seems like "transcending time and space by movements" not enough for immeasurable

Like it has been said on earlier threads, we are more aware than anyone about number of arguements for immeasurable speed. The deal is that we are not rushing it, it will come at it's own time. We have a schedule to follow.

Yeah actually. Most of the examples that come to mind are high level demons so I'll avoid those but lesser demons like Bael/Dagon lure their prey and eat them (said prey being other demons), Sargasso (who doesn't have a profile) is another demon who is stated to eat whatever comes close to them (referring to both human and demons), and even PoC has this as it is said only demonic weapons (weapons made with parts of demons) can kill demons and I think the latest side story mentions something about demons drifting to a realm in the gap between worlds in order to kill each other and get stronger but we can ignore PoC.
Also, Before the Nightmare says nothing in the Human World can kill demons, key word being kill which falls in line with a Demon's true Nature as a Soul/Name, so it would make sense demons could kill each other.
That was agreed to be infinite speed, also like Hecky said the problem with Argosax was how the movement is interpreted and how certain staff pushed for their agendas in that thread ignoring other scans.
I am going to gather all the scans but I'm not making any attempt to upgrade the verse past infinite
