I mean gaining a different limb and body must be different psychologically than th coordinate among multiply newly made clones of yourself. If you wanted to play a basketball game against a team of exact copies and had to duplicate yourself, you would probably be uncoordinated with your duplicates due to lack of practice.

Imo Ben would win. The answer to this fight is the same as the answer to people who say Ben can beat another alien opponent by scanning and turning into it. B10 Ditto on his own isn't all that impressive, but pkmn Ditto's only able to fight if it transforms into B10 Ditto, in which case it will be heavily outclassed in terms of experience and skill.

But Ditto copies its target's defenses. It keeps HP but HP can't be affected by transformations (aside for Zygarde-Perfect for some reason).
