I am relatively confused as to how these two concepts are different and I would like to comment how I believe it is, if anyone would like to correct me please go ahead.

Reaction Speed: To be able to percieve and dodge

Combat Speed: To just not be able to percieve and dodge, but to counter as well (with a physical strike etc)

Any objections?
