Watching, I'm pretty sure Tricky is more experienced in combat than Phobos, but then again i don't think Tricky has dealt with danmaku based abilities before.

if this were Phobos’ first key, tricky would definitely be more skilled

but god Phobos is far more comparable in skill to tricky, being able to match hank Deimos and Sanford at the same time, and Jesus only believing he could defeat Phobos with the halo (which can’t be said about tricky)
